Suitcase Theatre has reached nearly 20,000 children with our engaging and interactive musical plays and workshops. We have visited underserved schools in lower income communities and have sparked a love of the arts to those who might not otherwise have had a chance to see a play, attend camp or take part in a workshop.

We also have strong partnerships with Art City Toronto, Ronald Macdonald House and Gilda’s Club of Greater Toronto where we perform and lead workshops for children impacted by illness or living with limited access to the arts due to low incomes.

Donations may be eligible for a business or tax receipt under Canada Revenue Agency’s Guidelines. Our charitable registration number is 81769 5190 RR0001.

“The Tachane Foundation has supported Suitcase Theatre for the past four years. Our contributions have supported their outreach program to schools-in-need and we have seen first-hand how our donations have reached children in marginalized communities.

We are very pleased with the careful and considerate approach Suitcase Theatre takes in evolving programs to extend its reach and embark on new and thoughtful partnerships. We appreciate the transparency and accountability with which Suitcase Theatre delivers on its mandate.

As an emerging not-for-profit, we see a strongly built foundation on which Suitcase Theatre will grow and continue to deliver quality art, drama and dance experiences for children and families. They have clearly enriched thousands of young lives giving confidence and courage to youth from low income homes. It has been our pleasure to witness their growth and impact and feel so very fortunate to have contributed to their mission.
